These Subscription Terms apply to VIP subscriptions offered through NovelO - Read Books & Novels ("NovelO"). NovelO is provided by Kynix Group Limited ("Kynix," "we," "our," or "us").
By confirming a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms and authorize the subscription charges shown on the purchase page.
A VIP subscription gives you access to the benefits shown on the subscription page for the duration of your active subscription.
Available benefits may include access to books, chapters, or other VIP reading features. The exact benefits included in your offer will be displayed before you confirm the subscription.
You may purchase and use VIP without registering a NovelO account. If you register and sign in, your VIP status can be synchronized across supported devices.
The subscription page will show the price, billing period, and applicable subscription benefits before you confirm the purchase.
Payment will be charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the subscription.
Prices may vary by country or region because of local currency, taxes, or App Store pricing. The price displayed by Apple at the time of purchase is the price that applies to your transaction.
NovelO may offer an introductory or promotional price to eligible users.

When the promotional period ends, the subscription will renew at the standard price shown on the purchase page unless you cancel before the next renewal date.
Offer eligibility is determined under Apple's rules and may be limited to certain users, countries, regions, or subscription histories.
NovelO VIP is an auto-renewable subscription. Unless you cancel it, your subscription will renew for another billing period and the applicable renewal price will be charged to your Apple Account.
Apple manages the billing and renewal process. Any renewal price or billing-period information shown in your Apple subscription settings will apply to the next renewal.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account:
Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > NovelO
You should cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date if you do not want the subscription to renew.
After cancellation, VIP access will normally remain available until the end of the current paid subscription period.
Deleting NovelO or deleting your NovelO account does not cancel an active Apple subscription.
If an eligible purchase or subscription is not recognized, you may use the Restore Purchases function in NovelO.
Restoration depends on the Apple Account used to make the original purchase and the current status of the subscription.
We may add, remove, or change subscription plans and VIP benefits. Changes will not alter a subscription period you have already paid for unless required by law or agreed by you.
VIP access depends on a valid purchase record and an active subscription status provided by Apple.
We may restrict access obtained through fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or a violation of our Terms of Service.
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Please review this page periodically for changes. The "Last Updated" date shows when these Subscription Terms were most recently revised.
